Chocolate coconut kiwi bites
I’ve always been a salted-caramel-and-chocolate kinda gal but recently, I’ve been dipping some fruit into chocolate and honestly, its just as tasty. Lately, my fruit of choice has been kiwi slices but you can use a variety of different fruits for this sauce. Some options if you want to switch up from kiwi are strawberries, figs, and cherries. I think watermelon would also work but I haven’t tried it with this sauce yet. After dipping the kiwi in chocolate and sprinkle with crushed nuts, I put them into the fridge to harden the chocolate and its just *chefs kiss*.
The coconut butter and non-alcoholic vanilla give this sauce the perfect sweetness but feel free to add a bit of monk fruit or honey if you’d like!

Ingredients
Instructions
- Melt your chocolate how you usually do. I used my classic method which isn’t great but it gets the job done: put an inch or so of water in a medium pot over medium heat. Try to get a low boil and then turn down a bit. Place a bigger bowl onto the pot (one that can handle heat on it) and make sure the water isn’t touching the bowl. Add all ingredients and whisk continuously until just melted. Make sure you don’t overheat the chocolate and take off immediately once its melted. I have ruined MANY chocolate sauces in my day haha!
- Dip fruit into chocolate sauce and place onto a baking pan thats lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle your crushed up nuts and sea salt flakes on top of fruit.
- Pop baking pan into the fridge to harden the chocolate. Once that’s done, you can take fruit off of pan and into a container. Store in fridge.
