Cranberry + Blueberry Super Smoothie
1.5 cups frozen cranberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 banana
1 scoop berry protein powder (look for kinds w/o added refined sugars, artificial flavors + colors)
Almond milk (enough to make your smoothie a nice drinking consistency)
2 tbsp hemp hearts (this adds an extra 6-7 grams of protein- not bad)
1 scoop collagen powder
Directions: Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Additional add-ins:
Want more fiber and omega 3? Add in chia seeds and/or ground flaxseeds
Want more immune support? Add in mushroom blend powder, bee pollen, and/or greens powder
Want more hormone support? Add in some maca
Want more energy? Add in matcha powder and/or algae greens

What kind of collagen powder do you use ?
I usually use Neocell types 1 & 3 but you can use pretty much any collagen you prefer 🙂 I like having both types 1 & 3 for more benefits though!
