Creamy Cashew Banana Smoothie
1.5 – 2 ripe bananas (frozen works too)
1 giant scoop of natural no-sugar added peanut butter
1/2 scoop collagen powder (1/2 tbsp usually)
1.5 tsp maca powder
1 tsp cacao powder
2 ice cubes
2 tbsp hemp hearts
1 tsp bee pollen (optional)
Cashew milk or almond milk (enough to make it as thick or thin as you want)
Pinch cinnamon
Directions: Add all ingredients into a smoothie until blended and creamy. You can sprinkle bee pollen on top if you want as well!
